「Yes, it’s a budget hotel. That being said, spend the extra money to stay elsewhere. The room was just gross and neglected. The comforters were filthy and covered with stains- just clearly haven’t been washed in ages. 「The room was a bit damaged, but it was definitely pretty cleanly.The breakfast was honestly terrific. Yummy waffles, fresh coffee, and juice, as well as a cereal bar with whole and 2% milk. 」

「I was charged for my partners service animal. I informed them i had a service dog and they told me it was an extra $10 I reiterated it was a service animal, and that it is illegal to charge more. I did not offer paperwork and it was never requested. They did not ask me if it was trained to assist someone with a disability or what the disability was. 「Door lock wouldn't work; shower didn't work; whole place felt run down. When I raised the shower issue at the front desk, was told there's a special way to turn the shower on - I said that info should be in the room, and received a blank stare. Never stay here again.」

「Everything was beyond expectations」

「Everything was wrong, I guess bad month. I was told by the staff, don’t loose your key because we leave by 9:00 and you won’t be able to get into your room because nobody will be there. The town itself was closed down.」

「The property is great, the staff was so helpful, suggested a gorgeous run along the water that I got to take advantage of! Love Ouray, and this place is a gem.」

「This was our second time staying at Abram. If I could give them 15 stars-- I would-- the two rooms we have stayed in were immaculately clean-- and the furnishings are top notch. Everything worked exactly as it should, and you are within walking distance from down town. I hope to stay with them again when we visit the beautiful mountain town of Ouray. 」
