"Pros: Loved the location and parking close to front door. Great view of river from the second story. Cons: The sheets were not changed from the previous users. There were long black hairs all over the inside sheets. The downstairs pullout is almost impossible to walk around while the one upstairs you cannot walk around at all you have to climb over it to get out of the second bedroom. Kitchen lacked basic provisions for cleaning. "

"This place is awesome. Super crispy, clean everything you need is right there... Location on the river is superb. Rap around windows ensures that you see everything up and down river.. Sunsets are beautiful... Large, well stocked kitchen... Spacious, comfortable living room...5 bedrooms.Bathrooms for everyone... Downstairs game room with its own kitchen is large and comfy with a pool table and wide view of the river that leads to the patio and dock. The barbecue served us well.. Lots of chairs Everywhere, decks and docs a place for everyone to sit. This place has its OWN launching ramp!!!... We had 4 cars and 4 trailers , and they all fit.... If needed, there's trailer parking about a block away. So no need to worry... My favorite was the surprise in the master bathroom. But you'll have to stay there to experience that.. The only bad thing is , i'm not there now... Looking forward to staying there again."

"Everything was good, we had a great time. We did lose water for 3 hours due to a waterline breaking across the street. I text my host at 7:30pm and I didn’t hear back from her until morning. The response I got was that happens all the time in the keys. Wasn’t looking for anything just thought it could’ve been handled a little better by the host. Also, the lot next door that is empty I was told it was first come for over flow parking if needed. But they for got to mention they charge 45 parking again which is fine but it would have been good to known this a head of time in the rental agreement. We definitely loved the place and would consider coming back for sure. "

"I’ve stayed in a lot of different places on the river and this house was the best yet. Exactly as advertised and super clean. Communication with the host was easy and all questions were answered immediately. Great location and large enough dock to accommodate my 28’ boat. Will definitely be back."

"Loved our stay here. The house was clean and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Had a relaxing weekend by the river. The only thing I would mention is that the outlet by the boat dock was not working. We ended up having to rent a slip at the marina to be able to charge our boat batteries for the fishing tournament."

"Everything about this house was perfect. The location is in a great spot on the water and the views where beautiful. The house had everything we needed, no need to leave. The manager was super helpful when we got there to help tie down the boat. The house is definitely maintained well. It was worth every penny, can't wait to go back. "
