We did not discover this till we were back in the US. We tried to rectify this problem with the establishment. Ese mismo día le escribí al manager en turno PM con la incomodidad y su respuesta fue que no trabajaba con las reservaciones. 「The Staff didn't really Speak English. No breakfast. Not a real hotel but time share. Calling the front desk before and after check in and out was hard.」
