Staff was great, especially Vijay and the team on the floor!

The check in was okay, but don't expect your room to be ready early-- everyone was waiting in the lobby for their rooms. The room we received wasn't very good, it was a 5-7 minute walk up and down 2 elevators from the lobby and it was a maze to get there. Many of the guests were getting lost on how to get back to the lobby. The room was nice and spacious, but the bathroom had a cup that was left uncleaned from another guest and the pillows were the synthetic type that go flat when you put your head on it. The best things were the breakfast choices and the porter. He was the nicest and most helpful with storing the bags and helping get it in your airport transfer.

Lovely hotel. Great location at the south bank.

The staff were excellent and were always available and the cleanliness was first class. The room was quite a good size and the bed super comfortable . The modern bathroom and shower were great and the breakfast was beautiful.

Hotel is in a great location for Paddington Station. It is clean and reasonably priced.
