"Parking garage was not equipped for a mid size car. Room and location were great. City was busy but easy to navigate other than parking- which sucked. Indigo parking was even worse - I ended up parking on surface lot at el fuerte a couple blocks away . Expensive but worth avoiding sleepless night worrying if I’d escape the garages . Pool and spa area were 10/10 - great and nice to b close to old town ."

"Staff at LVM were generally kind and helpful and the property was clean. However, basic expectations for guests personal safety and privacy are being neglected. I found that my 'Double Comfort Plus' room had 3 loose or cracked floor panels that were clearly a dangerous trip hazard. I complained and was eventually moved to another property up the street which initially seemed ok, but that had faulty external shutters to the bedroom windows. Flimsy open mesh curtains offered me no privacy from the occupants of a property 5 metres away across the narrow street during the evening hours. I had booked well in advance and these problems were easily forseen so this is simply unacceptable. Following my trip I emailed the manager and also the reception team to politely express my disappointment which marred an otherwise pleasant visit to Marbella. After 3 weeks I have received no response at all. I certainly would not choose to stay at LVM again! "

"Booked through Expedia, despite checking Hotel website which clearly says in their FAQ's that the pool opens from 1st March, it was not open. This was a huge dissapointment, we weren't even allowed to sit round the pool to enjoy the sunshine and views. This was a big reason for coming to the Costa Del Sol! Reception staff very friendly and helpful, everything else we were very happy with."

"Balcony overlooked paddle courts. Didn't need the aircon. Room needs an upgrade, ie painting, bidet cracked, flooring damaged and tiles missing on the balcony. But good size, clean and comfortable."
