From the moment we stepped inside, hostess Sabrina greeted us with warmth, expertise, and a genuine desire to help. The rooms are stunning, but they’re a bit on the smaller side. The location is perfect, and there’s a restaurant called Il Cantuccio Restaurant that you absolutely must try. Their food is exceptional, served in a beautiful outdoor setting. You’ll feel like you’re dining at a Michelin-starred restaurant, but at a fraction of the cost.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. It is maintained in a state of excellence by a truly incredible staff, who go above and beyond in everything they do and who clearly care a great deal about the facility and each guest's experience. The rooms are tastefully decorated, the beds are extremely comfortable, and breakfast on the patio is a delight. La Fonda was one of the best hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in, and I hope to be back one day soon.

Delightful hotel!

This is a fabulous hotel! Everything was perfect. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The room was beautiful. Breakfasts were fantastic and I was provided every day with beautiful gluten free bread. The location is ideal for walking around the old town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Gorgeous Hotel in Perfect Location

Stunning hotel in the most beautiful square of the historic part of Marbella. Beautiful breakfasts, super friendly staff. The only change I'd make is the music at breakfast which, like at most hotels, is a bit of a downer (I think the rule of thumb should be no music with lyrics). Also, they might want to have at least a small gym.

New Favourite Marbella Hotel

Totally faultless stay!! A beautiful new hotel in a historic building. The location of the hotel is perfect on the best street of the old town with lovely restaurants and bars. Everything was perfect! A special shout out to Mario the night manager! We will return soon and many times!

This is truly a 5* hotel in a perfect location.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Location is perfect in old town with an easy walk to the beach. The staff at this hotel are the finest we’ve experienced. Everyone from front desk, housekeeping to restaurant were exceptionally professional and pleasant. Wonderful breakfast. We also had a delicious lunch. We stayed in their least expensive room and while on the small side, it had a cute little courtyard to sit outside. We highly recommend La Fonda! 5* all the way.

Excellent position, small room for price paid, should make up room top area with cushions for guests, we had to do that everyday ourselves and WiFi is slow, sometimes not working. Should have small menu on tables for breakfast as there was previously. Good food quality and service at breakfast, thank you.

Everything was great. Ideally, the property will get valet parking in the future. The parking situation was not bad, but not ideal. Hotel and room were great as was the staff. I enjoyed the old town location and old town. On the map, things look a lot closer than they are, but did not have much of an issue with Ubers. If you are looking to stay in the Old Town, this is your spot.
