「Can't say enough positive things about this hotel. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are really well designed and the shower's very powerful. It's in an ideal location for getting around the sights of Ljubljana. Everything in the mini bar is complimentary which is completely unheard of these days and they give you a free welcome drink on arrival. Don't hesitate to stay here.」

If it was informed beforehand that they did not have a lift and that the reception was on the 4th floor but my room was on the 1st floor, I would not have climbed stairs to the 4th floor with my extremely heavy tow suit cases.
