Amazing spot in the old town of Ljubljana! The staff was all super kind and helpful, printed train tickets for us and let us check in early. Perfect place if you want something close to all the shops and restaurants.

All the staff were very friendly, they shared tips about the city with us, the only point is that one day they forgot to clean the room, but other than that everything was very good.

Great old town location.

This was our favorite place during our trip! The views are unbelievable. The staff was friendly, and we were able to store our luggage while grabbing breakfast after checking out. They called a taxi for us, as well. Excellent location close to everything. We had reservations at Strelec in the castle and this was so convenient to the funicular, as well as walkable after many glasses of wine. We hope to be back!

Great location, staff friendly, comfortable large room! Shared entrance with a hostel which seems to be the main brand. Slight negatives - no room cleaning specifically changing of sheets or towels for a 5 day stay. No iron.

I really enjoyed the location, very central and easy to access all around the old town. The view from the room was great. The reception team were extremely helpful, no question to small. The room was spacious and clean. I would recommend without hesitation.

Excellent location with great views.

Perfect location overlooking the river. The views were amazing! Close to everything. The room was a good size and beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Despite location, the window system blocks out noise from outside. I went for 4/5 for 2 reasons. 1: I found I kept picking up blonde hairs on my socks but I am brunette so the floor must not have been cleaned properly. 2: the shower dripped half the night which disturbed my sleep. Other than that, a really lovely room at a good price with excellent location and views.

The apartment is in the center and very convenient to walk everywhere. Our room was facing canal, which was pretty. The room is decent size. There are electric kettle, tea and coffee bags. Shower has a concrete floor.

The staff were very accommodating when we arrived early for check in. While the room was not ready, they checked us in and stored our bags. We had a top floor room which was really comfortable. There is no elevator which could be challenging for some guests, but did not bother us. The room was very comfortable and well equipped with a kitchenette. The bed was in a loft which we really liked. The bed was comfortable. The area is fantastic. Everything is within a 15 minute walk and there are lots of restaurants around.

The property was truly in the centre of the city - a stone’s throw from the river. What a great location and wonderful rooms. We didn’t have the full apartment but our ‘room’ included a vestibule with fridge and kettle, wine glasses and coffee cups - everything we really needed. The Mercator grocery shops (3 of them) were each only 4 minutes walk away. A fabulous stay in a lovely city!

Excellent location and staff. Everyone was very helpful. The only negatives were no parking in this area in general so if you have a car, parking cost and luggage handling can be a challenge. There is no elevator so again, not a problem for everyone but could be an issue. And there is not daily servicing of the rooms.

Great location. Large clean room. Be prepared to walk up 69 steps or more to your room!!! Check in slow - interrupted 3 times as the man wanted to answer other people’s queries. Shares entrance and common area with hostel. Ladies on reception more helpful. Don’t expect housekeeping and shower gel!

This property is INSIDE a hostel. Before our stay I couldn’t find this information anywhere. We were on the top floor in the two bedroom apartment (I was prepared for the stairs) and the room itself was OK. I would not recommend for mature travellers who are used to nicer things. Would be great for a group of 20 year olds looking for a decent cheap space. The hostel rooms could see inside my bedroom and bathroom (and I could see their bunk beds) Twin beds mattresses were 4 inches thick. All curtains have been torn off wall leaving holes and duct tape. Bathroom is in TWO rooms. Shower and sink in one and toilet and sink and washer in another room! Doors are hard to close as well. The shower NEEDS a better enclosure and has mold in the crevices. Water gets everywhere even when being careful and window goes out into the stairwell. There are good views from the king bed bedroom. Overall - we almost decided to stay elsewhere.
