"As a family of six that has traveled to many countries and have stayed at several rental properties and this was by far our most favorite stay! Honestly, this was the first of a hopeful many stays at Lake Como, Argegno, and specifically Dream Holiday! From the beginning, booking this home was super stress free! Carla was super kind, sweet, informative, helpful, and always quick to reply to our questions. She provided everything we needed from the beginning! She even offered her help to send us public transportation information, schedules, and maps. We want to provide you with as much information as we can so it will hopefully give you just a snapshot of our experience.The property, Dream Holiday, is a super cute, quiet, and charming place that is located just a short walk from shopping, restaurants, bars, bus/ferry that can take you to anywhere you want to go around the lake, and even a mountain cable car. It was perfect for us!Carla, was an amazing host! She made our stay seamless, and care free! We met her at the bus stop and she walked us to the property providing us with on site information about the area. We can’t say enough about her, and her caring demeanor! Carla and her husband made us feel like family, and we can’t wait to come back and stay at Dream Holiday! It is a clean, welcoming, place that has everything you could need!Don’t pass up the opportunity to stay here! You won’t regret it!Carla, thank you for everything! You were amazing!"

"Clean, friendly staff, room had a kitchenette which we didn’t really need to use but having a fridge is a real plus as a family traveling. It had a family B & B feel. Breakfast was great. The town center was a short walk and adorable. Only difficulty for us was driving with a fully loaded opal combo tour up the hill to this town was stressful! "

"Every now & then, you find an absolute Gem, this was most certainly 1 of those occasions, the service at reception was simply outstanding both upon arrival & today on departure, all staff were extremely welcoming & friendly & although we knew no Italian (which is shameful English education system) they all spoke in good, clear English, the food was simply superb, every dish was cooked & presented in perfection, the immediate area around the hotel grounds was meticulously maintained, we chose a room with a partial lake view, but, in fact, it had a superb view & we were in awe. Of the whole feel & vibe of the place, both Caroline & I would like to express our heartfelt warmth & gratitude for the superb attention given throughout our stay, each & everyone we met & spoke to were great ambassadors to your Hotel, thank you, thank you, thank you, hope to see you again in the future."

"**A Magical Stay on Lake Como!**Our stay at Francesco’s beautiful house on Lake Como was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Francesco was the perfect host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain every detail of the house, making us feel right at home.We didn’t have to worry about transportation at all, as everything was arranged for us. Francesco organized a private boat ride on the lake, which was an absolute highlight of our trip. He even set up a personal chef for us, so we could enjoy delicious, authentic meals right at the house.Every morning, we woke up to a delightful surprise: breakfast wrapped like a gift, waiting for us on the outside table. It was such a thoughtful touch and made our mornings extra special.The house itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and all the comforts you could wish for. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t recommend this place—and Francesco as a host—highly recommend!!"

" Ca' de Sas is a beautiful well appointed villa. The views of Lake Como were stunning! Our host Andrea was great and quickly responded to any questions we had. We chose this villa specially for the location, views and accessibility. 5 stars out of 5 for location and views. Accessibility was an issue. It was important to us that the elevator which served the ground level parking garage and linking 3 floors was in working condition. We carefully selected the villa in part to make the steep exterior stairs a non-issue due to recovery from a significant foot injury. Unfortunately the elevator was not operational until the afternoon before our departure. We also chose the villa for the 3rd floor hot tub. However, the water quality required attention. Since it was not properly conditioned, we could not use it. Although those issues were disappointing , Ca' de Sas was a beautiful villa with even better views. We would still highly recommend it and hope the future guests enjoy their visit. "
