Located only a short walk from the ferrys to the islands.breakfast was out of thos world.Fantastic choices everyday with spectacular service.This is the Hotel to choose if you are going to visit Lake Maggiore. "Hotel website is misleading since they indicate rooms have air conditioning however it’s only seasonal. Rooms very hot and can’t open the balcony door because it’s full of spiders at night and extremely noisy. Couldn’t sleep much at night."
