The spacious and newly renovated property brings modern comfort with the "touch of yesterday" nostalgia - exactly what we miss from growing up in Greeneville. Located walking distance to several shops and in historical downtown, the Bungalow truly provided us with a trip down memory lane. Additionally, Mrs. Darbi Neas is an exceptional host - extremely professional and accommodating (our trip was VERY last minute). We are definitely adding the property to our list for future return visits!"

"Its a really simple process from paying to finding your room, everyone here is pretty friendly"

"Newly remodeled room but the room stunk horrible. Bad enough I had to buy an air freshener to put in there to manage to even stay in it. "

"My only major issue was night staff. Young lady was not friendly. Seemed more concern about her phone. Lastly every day upon arrival back to hotel, did not work. I had to walk back to other end of hallway, down stairs, get my keys reset and walk back up stairs and down hall to let my family in. Not one staff member seemed concerned about that. "

"It was clean but everything is broken. The pool and hot tub wasn't usable. The elevator button didn't light up to let you know that you had pushed it. The ice machine was broken. Another person said it had been broken for months. The blow dryer in the room was broken and the staff didn't know where a spare was kept. The coffee machine outside the breakfast area was also broken. We checked out after one night knowing that we forfeited the money paid for a second night because it was nonrefundable. "

"Room was clean and didn’t feel cramped. My spouse didn’t get to enjoy the free breakfast which was a reason for choosing this hotel so that he could eat before work. For some reason there was a delay and he had to leave for work before they opened it up."
