"Helpful gentleman at the reception. Quick check in. Hotel was almost empty in early june. Street parking with few spaces available, have to use Parking Tbilisi app to pay, 1 GEL/hour. Nine patio restaurant is part of the property, excellent service and food and wine and reasonably priced. Room for a family of three had three twin beds, and was fairly spacious. Leaky shower stall and somewhat worn furniture. Free breakfast part of a deal. Overall we are happy."

Hotel is in a park with roses and palms, a mini car meets you and brings to reception (call them and you have a car in 1 minute there to take you and luggage), you can also walk 100 meters if no big luggage. Safe at nights. Breakfast was nice too."

The location is excellent – close to everything but quiet and cozy. The staff was kind, available for any questions and gave a real sense of caring and wholehearted service. The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient. We felt right at home, and even better 😊 We will definitely come back again and highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness and a high level of hospitality!"
