種類も豊富で非常に美味しい朝食でした。 部屋は狭いですが綺麗でおしゃれで、ベッドの広さも申し分ありません。 ただシャワーの排水が悪いかったのが残念でした。それ以外はとても満足のいく滞在でした。

The first room we got was not in a good shape. After complaining that the TV remote wasn’t working, we got a much better room. As we booked several tours starting early, we expected to have a short breakfast and leave. Breakfast started at 8am to 12 pm. After our first night, we went to the breakfast room at 8:15am to hear from the employee, it will be ready in 10 - 15 min. After the time passed by, we went again and the employee apologised and told us, that we won’t get the breakfast in time, as the kitchen staff was late. In general the hotel is fine, the restaurant of the hotel is good and the location is brilliant. The downside is, some of the rooms are in need of renovation, or a touch up, as there are stains and not working TVs, dripping noises in the A/C.

We stopped for a short mini break. The hotel location is in a great location walking distance to most places and not far from the metro. We only had chance to try the breakfast once they start serving from 8am however because we had plans and early starts and excursions we missed the breakfast. If they served from 7am we might of had chance to grab something. They have a small offering on a table of cereals and pastry's and you can order a hot breakfast from the menu which we were not charged for. The Georgian breakfast was very tasty. We arrived to the hotel very early early at 6am. The place was in darkness and had us concerned at first thinking we might have to wait outside. However we found the door open, we quickly discovered the night porter was taking a nap. He quickly jumped up and sorted us out with an early check-in. Our room was at the front of the hotel. We had a balcony that over looked the square but given it was winter we didn't use it. There is a lot of noise from outside entering the room so wasn't great for getting to sleep. Its quite a busy main square. Our first impressions of the room were not great. It stunk of stale cigarette smoke, there was evidence of smoking in the room we found ash on the side table. We were so tired we just wanted to have a quick nap. In all honestly the smell never left the room. When we got home we could smell the stale smell on our clothes. The restaurant downstairs is worth a visit.

the hotel is close to everything and very easy to get to. the staff are kind and always ready to help. the restaurant serves really delicious food. you should definitely try the coffee with ice cream — it’s the best!

Unfortunately, I had an emergency situation with my pregnancy and could not travel. I was disappointed that the the hotel did not respond to a request for a partial refund - even saying no would have been better than no response at all. I'd have been happy to stay here in the future, but as a result, I'll look for a different hotel when I do make it to Georgia.

Great hotel in a great city

Loved this hotel, loved the city. Central location, nice comfy room, fabulous breakfast. We stayed for dinner one evening (excellent food) and also purchased a bottle of their wine to take away. Wholeheartedly recommend this as a place to stay

The hotel does not have any laundry facilities and service even though Expedia indicates it has both the laundry facility and the laundry service. We trusted Expedia and made a mistake to count on the laundry. Expedia should update its website accordingly.

Stay here only if you want to ruin your trip.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. We stayed at Hotel Badagoni Rustaveli, Tbilisi, and on the second night the air-conditioning completely broke down. From 10 p.m. onward, I kept calling reception again and again, and every single time they kept lying that it would be fixed in “10–15 minutes.” Hours went by, and nothing was ever done. I even asked for a room change or to be moved to another hotel, but they flat-out refused. To make things worse, the windows in the room cannot be opened because of safety restrictions, so the room turned into a suffocating box for me and my wife. After a long day of travel and with an early morning trip booked, this left us exhausted, angry, and completely disappointed. This was not just bad service — it was negligence. The staff made false promises, offered no real solution, and clearly didn’t care about guest comfort. For the price they charge, this level of incompetence is shocking. Stay here only if you want to ruin your trip.
