"Breakfast was very good and decently priced for a buffet. The rooms are very outdated, housekeeping is terrible, we had to move rooms due being unable to use the bathroom because it was not clean and there was pee all over the toilet and floor. Took almost 2 hours and they finally moved us because housekeeping was nowhere to be found. Front desk staff was very polite, nice and accommodating so kudos for them!!"

"The hotel was very clean and all the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was ok. The scrambled eggs were better than the flattened egg and cheese patties the day before. There was sausage lunks that were ok the first day, maybe a bacon option would be nice. Maybe some bananas to go along with the apples and oranges. Overall, it was a very quiet and clean hotel. The king size bed was very comfortable and the room was cool. I would stay here again."

"I have been staying at Hampton’s for over twenty years. The hotel policy is now to clean your room every other day. I arrived on Monday, did not want the room cleaned on Wednesday so put out my do not disturb. But I did want it cleaned on Friday but it was not and housekeeping claimed I had the sign out which I did not. I complained and asked that it for sure get cleaned on Saturday. It did not. Didn’t fit their every other day schedule. Finally got cleaned Sunday. Horrible customer service. Won’t stay there again!"
