"I loved this property, mostly because of the staff! The rooms were clean, the breakfast are was clean and stocked, the staff was excellent! Charif and Tieara were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay easy. We will definitely recommend and be back! "

"Sadly our stay was not great. Hotel is clean, smells great rooms are large and clean. The Bad because they are an Extended Stay you have multiple rooms that people are living there. Room next us had a domestic dispute and we could hear it all around 9pm we notified front desk they had cops come in and arrest the male, we sadly heard it all. next night the smoke alarm in that same room went off and lady opened door and yelled down hallway "sorry I was cooking and alarm went off" this was around 10pm. The UFC fight was on in the room next to us on other side and we could hear their TV most of the night so sleeping was horrible. Would be nice if hotels like this put the extended stay guess in one floor or area of a floor and nightly guess in another section. "

"The ground floor room was ideal for access to the pool, beach and tiki bar. We never used the front door. I have been coming to Daytona for many, many years and have never stayed at Perrys. We think we have found our new go to! Thanks for a great weekend!"

"This is an older property so have appropriate expectations. Lots of road noise but room was clean and the A/C kept the room appropriately cooled. "

"The staff at this location are fantastic. I was feeling a little off and the cafe gave me rosemary tea from their garden. I forgot my laptop charger and the manager loaned me one. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Often just stopping to chat and see how you were. "
