  • Situated on the lower slopes of Mt Pleasant, tucked into the foot of the Port Hills. The ground level apartment is styled with retro furniture and contemporary art. The layout comprises of two bedrooms, open plan lounge, heat pump and laundry, bathroom; shower over bath, underfloor heating. North facing with a great deck leading out to a tranquil leafy garden setting. Secure and private. Ideally located between Lyttelton Harbour and Sumner Beach. Within easy access to walking and mountain biking tracks, tennis courts, park, surf beaches. Local shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarket 5 minutes away. Only 6km to the City centre and 3.5 Km to a swimming and surf beach.
