「This house was clean and comfortable and within a 15 minute walk of the Riccarton Mall, which was handy.Our party used the two king beds, which we found to be comfortable for our 5 night stay. It was a nice place to come back to after being out for the day.We stayed in late April, which was amazingly warm and sunny and the only thing we found a bit challenging was the lack of drapes in the lounge area. 「This is a lovely place to stay. Parking was the only issue we had. There is parking out the front of the apartment for about 6 cars but a few times we had to park down Cashel Street or in the bottleshop car park due to no spaces left. The new stadium is just down the road and Smokey Ts restaurant as well. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in Christchurch.」
