Novotel Christchurch Airport
Polite, helpful staff. Very clean room, with all the amenities one needs. Comfortable bed/mattress, but large pillows gave me a sore neck. Why do you not supply an option of a softer, flatter one?

Quirky. The balcony didn't really look out on anything, but we didn't use it so no big deal.
