"We love the history of Duff Green. Staff is always so friendly. Understanding this is an older historical home I still feel like it needs to be in better shape as far as cleaning an organization. The ice machine in upstairs kitchen has mold growing in it. The room we stayed in isn’t set up correctly. Broken toilet paper holder. Only 2 towels for a room that holds 8 people. There were only 3 of us. By the time we realized it I had to share a towel. Just more organization I think is needed. Little...

"Very nice staff. Easy check-in. Room was quaint. It was very quiet which was great. The room was clean and orderly. It is an old home, but was quite pleasant. This isn’t a criticism, but to let other travelers know, the refrigerator and microwave are in the shared living room area. They are not in the individual rooms. The location of the property was also excellent for sightseeing, and near a variety of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay."

"Despite having a confirmed reservation in writing ( thru Expedia), my reservation was canceled (after 9:00 pm on the night of my arrival). I had attempted to contact this hotel for several hours (between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm) and they NEVER answered their phone, nor could you leave a voicemail at any of their 4 recorded “answering” options. So, my family arrives in Vicksburg, MS around midnight with no place to stay. Not sure if this hotel or Expedia is at fault, but this is totally...
