「Le personnel a été super efficace depuis l"aeroport jusqu'au check out. Toujours aux petits soins pour nous, à l'ecoute, disponible et souriant malgré la barriere de langue. La suite que nous avons eu était impeccable, calme et spacieuse. Le petit dejeuner délicieux. Je suis ravie d'avoir choisi cet hôtel. Merci pour la bienveillance que vous avez eue a notre égard 」

「Very nice and friendly hotel in the data valley. There’s nothing in the immediate surrounding though. Getting to where all the actings are we’ll take you at least 30min without traffic.」

「ホテルの環境は良く、客室は清潔、快適で全く問題は無いです。ただ重慶市の観光地から離れていてCRT（地下鉄の様な物）で一時間以上、タクシーで1500円くらいかかります。」

「Firstly, this hotel is not connected to the airport regardless what they advertise on hotels.com. it is a taxi ride away, it took me 15 minutes in a taxi from domestic arrivals to get there. I expect it would take a little less for International arrivals. Either way, it's a lie and it's not connected to the airport in any way whatsoever. I got to check in and was told they didn't have my booking, I spent 30 minutes on my phone communicating with Hotels.com customer service trying to sort it...
