Everything meets my expectations and glad to see NuMay again .She is really a nice, genuine and caring person . Very lucky to have her assisting me again . We rented this for a few nights to entertain our grandchild a few days and my novice search skills suggested this was very much kid-friendly. Well, that is a huge understatement…it was AWESOME and my granddaughter had more fun than I’d ever seen her have. Pool great, dining in the hotel a very reasonable and delicious and honestly it felt like I should be paying WAY more than what the nightly charges were. Oh and the staff was outstanding and so was the breakfast and other amenities! Highly...

I was so impressed with this hotel. Super clean and everyone was so nice and welcoming. I don’t speak the language but not once did I get that annoyed impression from anyone i asked for help. I wanted to take home the housekeeping lady. She was so sweet and kind.

A great stay at a brand new hotel right in the middle of the Nana plaza area. The beds are comfortable, the hotel is modern and quiet, and it's well located. While likely not fully occupied yet and also not feeling fully like a 5 star hotel, it was a perfect spot for us to stay in Bangkok.

We had an amazing stay here. It was close to the BTS and many food options in walking distance. We loved our family suite, especially the kitchen and laundry within our room was so convenient. Thank you so much for the hospitality especially the staff, great reception and housekeeping!! We definitely choose Grand Centre point again!!

Very nice hotel but breakfast with limited options

Outstanding value. The best staff. I slept like a baby. I got an excellent workout in at their gym to start my day, and the equipment was expertly maintained. The breakfast was outstanding. Their coffee is superior. Their co-working space design is brilliant. If I knew this place was going to be this great, I would have stayed in Bangkok longer.

The location can't be beat! It's a few minutes from two sky train lines, it's connected to a mall, and across the street from other malls. It's comfortable, clean, the rooms are great and the staff are extremely helpful. I have stayed here a few times and will stay again.

Well we found an absolute gem of a hotel in Nysa , staff were amazing and the hotel is spotless . The food was first class . It’s a walk to the BTS but they do a free shuttle bus to and from. I can’t thank the amazing staff enough for making our stay so special.

I like everything about this hotel. My last 5 trips to Bangkok, I stayed on this hotel. But unlike other hotels there is no room upgrades.. regardless, this will remain my prefered hotel for the time being. i usually visit Thailand at least once a year, if not twice.
