「Amazing peaceful rural location. We had a lovely two bedroom room, beautifully equipped with lots of lovely finishing touches, like actual milk in a fridge for tea and coffee. Not something I am very used to staying in lots of hotels for work.
The farmhouse is as picturesque as it looks in the photos. Local recommendations for activities and food. The breakfast was amazing, lots of options and cooked to order.
I will definitely be back next time we are in the area. I will also prioritise...

We could not make the checkin time of 7pm and called ahead to say we would be there at 9.30pm which was no issue at all.
Susan provided us qith some plates for a takeaway that we had that night.

Allercabin is a rustic, gorgeous comfy and relaxing heaven. The perfect location to explore Exmoor and to relax and unwind as well. Cannot say enough about the place. Everything is thought out, the hot tub heats fast, and looks fantastic lite at night with the lights. We truly felt at home and on our own even on a working farm but knew we could ask if needed anything as well.」
「We stayed for one night en route to a week’s holiday in Cornwall. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful, making sure our stay was a good one. We had reserved a table for our evening meal (along with our dog) and thoroughly enjoyed the food.」
「We stayed in the garden suite. It was lovely. My only criticism would be that one of the legs on the futon in the living room area was broken. Our Daughter said the bed in the smaller bedroom wasn't very comfortable so we used spare duvets and a blanket to make it more comfortable. The small garden area was ideal for our dogs to be able to give them some space to toilet etc. The food in the pub was very nice, my only criticism would be the lack of vegetarian options. Overall we enjoyed our stay....
