Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Air source heat pump underfloor heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Front garden with courtyard, patio and garden furniture. 2 dogs welcome, must be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). Electric car charging point, at cost paid directly to owner (shared with UK46683 The Old Stables 2). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking..
