I stay so many hotels.but so far this was the best hotel because of everything is perfect.the room was so clean and you got everything in the room like you got kitchen, utensils, coffee machine, fridge, washing liquid.also separately you got gym, washing machine,the breakfast was amazing and so many options to eat.staff was so good so friendly.my daughter love this hotel.i highly recommended.

This hotel and staff are absolutely great. Great location. If you are looking for something plush with all the extras, this hotel is not for you. It is clean the beds are comfortable. But, the hotel amenities themselves are bare minimum. The rooms are small. We had three adult women in the family room and it was tiny. Barely room for all of our suitcases. There was a double bed and bunk beds. No dresser to put clothes in if you wanted to unpack. Located down the street from the Earls Court underground, which was great to get around the city. We all agreed we definitely would stay there again!!

Basement room was stinky. Moldy, musty smell from shower room; could not get rid of. Did not realise that there was a tube station bang next door. Could hear tubes at 6am, through the wall and floor. Basement room means ventilation not so good. Air conditioner control was locked so could not adjust. Room was otherwise clean and enough coffee and tea provided.
