Certain aspects of hotel need updating (keeping on card in for electricity of room).
The pool chairs were never available when we wanted to use the pool.
The noise carries from hallway and rooms close by. People coming home at 1am and noise waking us up every night.
Service and breakfast was great and outline of hotel is lovely.
For the price we paid, it should be next to perfect all around.

Initially thought it was too far away from the old town however it was a blessing in disguise. We had a car so the commute was around 10-15mins whenever we wanted to go there.

I going to start with the positives.
The hotel is in a beautiful setting. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly they couldn’t do enough to help. I want to mention Demetri, he was our ‘go too’ member of the team. Any issues we had he sorted and went above and beyond.
Now the negatives.
The sun bed issue is just simply not acceptable. There are not enough beds to accommodate all the guests. Therefore there was a morning rush to secure one. We had to be there before 8am to get one. We repeatedly complained about this and were repeatedly given the hotels stock answer’ there are more beds at the quieter pool and on the beach. However these locations didn’t offer the full poolside service! ‘We do monitor if beds have been left longer than half an hour we will remove towels’ ( we didn’t see this happen once during are whole stay). Our way around this issue was to hire a car and visit local beaches and hire sun beds!! This added an unexpected cost to our holiday. But it meant we got the much needed lay in after all isn’t that what holidays are for.
Restaurants. On booking this hotel we believed that there was the usual buffet dining as well as three other restaurants. This wasn’t the case. The non buffet option was prebookable ( on arrival we were told that we would not be able to get a reservation until our fifth evening, more than half way through our holiday! We expressed how unhappy we were about this and we were given reservations after the first night. O
