「My parents greatly appreciated ground floor room and accessible bathroom」

「It is difficult to find accommodation in this area so we tried this place instead of the other. It is disturbing to see rat traps in the bathroom when one checks into a room. I recommend they remove the traps when the room is booked. Smoking is permitted - or not controlled, as they smoked right outside the room doors. The cleanliness is not great.」

「This stay exceeded our expectations. The previous Brand of hotel had a slew of issues and was less than desirable. Like I said , we were more than happy with the new owner and his passion to make the Hotel amazing. It’s been renovated and still having upgrades. We will be staying there again in the future.」

「Of the places to stay in Lillooet, 4Pines is above the rest! Great front desk assistance and rooms; good parking area and half block off of main street so not noisy like other places in town. Clean & tidy and everything worked as it should. Heading back thru in two weeks and staying with friends.」

「Okay, I know this is a motel, but let's take care of your travellers and make them feel safe. There was a mix up in the first place and the agent gave our room to another person because they mixed up our name...that wasn't horrible, he felt bad. He told us, don't worry your room is very nice. The bed was dressed with cry nice and clean sheets and covers. The main light switch at the door didn't work, so we walked into a strange motel room in pure darkness.., not safe. When we found a light...

「The beds were clean. The back of the bathroom door had black finger marks and the bathroom door wouldn't stay closed because it didn't latch. There was a leak in the ceiling over the shower head.」
