"Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Wohnung lag etwas außerhalb von Ruhpolding mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge und Wiesen, Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen, Ausflüge, Besichtigungen im Chiemgau bis ins nahe gelegene Österreich. Nette Gastgeber, eigener Swimmingpool im Garten, alles gepflegt und sauber. Es gibt viele Lokale und Almen mit gutem Essen, nicht überteuert, allerdings muß man überall vorher Plätze reservieren."

"Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und super sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auf dem tollen, überdachten Balkon konnten wir auch bei schlechtem Wetter sitzen. In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Restaurants und schöne Ausflugsziele. Es war ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub."

"Wir sind restlos begeistert. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und uns wurde eine gemütliche und sehr saubere Wohnung übergeben. Man hat von unserem Balkon einen traumhaften Ausblick sowie ins Tal als auch den Berg hinauf. Die Vermieterin hatte eune Liste mit schönen Resturantes (z. T. urige Almen) bereit gelegt. Alle waren schnell mit dem Auto oder zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Brötchenservice wurde vin den Gastgebern ebenfalls angeboten. Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung sehr gern weiter und werden...

"Die Ferienwohnung ist mit viel Liebe und Verstand eingerichtet worden. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch zu sechst hatten wir in der großen Wohnung viel Platz. Alle Betten sind sehr hochwertig und die Ausziehcouch ist ein vollwertiges Doppelbett. Die Gastgeber kümmern sich sehr herzlich um alle Belange und haben uns mit vielen Tipps bzgl Unternehmungen in der Region versorgt. Wir waren begeistert und haben direkt unseren nächsten Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung "Zum Lenei" im schönen Achental...

"Sehr schöne, saubere und komplett ausgestattete Wohnung. Umfangreiches Prospektmaterial vorhanden. Frau Maier ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ruhige Lage außerhalb von Ruhpolding, durch enge Tallage im Oktober aber sehr wenig Sonne . Einziges Problem: Ein paar verirrte Wespen im Wohnzimmer von einem Nest in der Außenwand des Hauses."

"We had a real nice holiday in this little cottage. Everything was just as promised and the village of Reit im Winkl was even more fantastic than we dared to dream of. The cottage is located at the end of a silent little road, yet in a walking distant from the village with lots of restaurants, cafés and shops. Also, the local golf offers many opportunities in two countries. The welcome was warm and friendly and Hans and Brigitte were taking real good care of us and all our needs. Thank you!"

"It was perfect for our large family. A fire to play games by at night. Fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals for our large group with plenty of seating. Laundry facilities. Plenty of warm comfortable beds. Gabi was a wonderful host and made sure we felt welcomed and had all that we needed. The village was charming with a wonderful backerei for daily brotchen runs. Would highly recommend!!"

Lots of space with little comfort and cleanliness
"Very tasteless furnishings. The furniture actually belongs in the garbage! The kitchen lacked essential utensils and the furnishings were dirty and broken. The couch was disgustingly stained. The apartment is definitely not recommended. The owners don't seem to care about the apartment at all. Conclusion: Max. Suitable for sleeping and storage!"
