「アーリーアメリカン調のすてきなホテルでした。 スタッフの対応も的確でスピーデイ、ぜひまた利用したいホテルです。」

「This is a solid stay for the Chico area. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. I’ve stayed here before and appreciate that They accept pets for a reasonable fee. There’s a Denny’s very close by that you can walk to. This facility does not have an elevator so may be an issue for some if not on the first floor.」

「Great experience. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean. They have a great pool and hot tub, plus 2 Peloton bikes. We will definitely stay here again. 」

「The staff was super friendly, helpful and professional. We were there for an organized bike ride and they opened the free breakfast an hour early to accommodate all the cyclists. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including healthy ones! The coffee was great too! There were even fresh berries. As we were doing the ride the next day, we asked if they would store our luggage to keep it safe. They instead offered us late check-out until 2pm! We were able to return to our room and shower...

「アクセスしやすく立地は良かったが、 ドライヤーは壊れているし、 充電用のコンセントがないし、 ラジオも時計もない、 無い無い尽くしの部屋ですが、 値段と立地を考えると、 しょうがないですね。 スタッフさんの対応などは良かったです！」

「この手のモーテルは、コンチネンタルの朝食サービスがあるはずだがそれも無かった。　シエラネバダブリュワリーに行きたかったので泊まりました。」

「毛布にはタバコの焼け焦げがあり、ゴキブリが壁をはい、冷蔵庫は酸化臭く食品を保存したくなく朝から外食にでました。ドリップのコーヒーが用意されていましたが、コーヒーメーカーは汚れていて飲むことができませんでした。入り口の鍵がひとつ壊れていたため夜は一晩中明かりを付けて寝ました。駅から近いホテルはここしか空きがなく仕方なく利用しました。残念ですがあまりお勧めは、出来ません。」
