"The rooms were extremely small and dated. It is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get a copy of your receipt from this hotel. They insist that you can get it from the Hilton Honors app, but you cannot. Then, when you call, no one picks up and they direct you to an AI assistant - OR you are on hold forever. ..."

"Good stay, rooms and staff were decent. I was disappointed there isn’t a microwave as we were there 3 nights and needed one in our room. We found parking convenient and location was walkable to downtown. Enjoyed our stay and Chicago. Would stay again, just would love a microwave."
