"The rooms were extremely small and dated. It is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get a copy of your receipt from this hotel. They insist that you can get it from the Hilton Honors app, but you cannot. "Good stay, rooms and staff were decent. I was disappointed there isn’t a microwave as we were there 3 nights and needed one in our room. We found parking convenient and location was walkable to downtown. Enjoyed our stay and Chicago. Would stay again, just would love a microwave."
