Totally disappointed
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. I had a reservation for 2 days, but upon arrival, I was informed that the reservation system was suspended due to a Cloudstrike issue.
Despite this significant inconvenience, I was not informed beforehand, and even when I arrived at the hotel, I was assured that manual check-ins would be possible after 4 PM. However, this promise was not fulfilled.
This experience was especially disheartening because my customer recommended your hotel due to its convenient location to their office. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and hospitality from your staff has left a negative impression.
Due to this experience, I am hesitant to stay at DoubleTree or any Hilton group hotels in the future. I expect better service and transparency from a reputed hotel chain.
I would appreciate it if you could address this issue and provide an explanation or compensation for the inconvenience caused.
