"Very impressed with Hotel Nikko Narita. Booked it for the proximity to airport. Courtesy buses supplied to and from airport and also to shopping mall and Narita station. We arrived at midday and although check-in wasn’t until 3pm, we got immediate access to our room, which was appreciated. The executive double room was extremely spacious and bed very comfortable. We didn’t eat in the main restaurant so can’t comment on it but there was also a coffee shop which provided light meals - burgers/club sandwiches etc with good sized portions. In addition, there was a small but well stocked Lawsons family mart on site, which was popular. Staff very helpful and courteous. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will use in the future if flying from Narita airport."

"If six feet or taller, beware of bathroom. The door frame causes you to squeeze in. Easy to forget when in rush, resulting in hitting top of my head, sometimes very painful, but always pain. Asked if all rooms the same, reply was “yes” Otherwise, comfortable, or I am too dazed to recognized."

"Friendly stuff, great breakfast, transportation from Airport to hotel, to/from the mall, to/from the train station was so convenient I really appreciate the service they provided. Only thing I have to take a points off is the hotel is dated. Clean but it showed some aging. Not bad, everything works, but old… still I enjoyed the stay!! Thanks Tobu airport hotel!"
