The centrally controlled AC had only an on/off setting, the bed was too firm, and the pillows too soft, leading to sleepless nights. Morning noise from housekeeping was also an issue. Breakfast tasted good, with commendable noodle and dumpling options, but the dining room's aesthetic was disliked. The small, glass-enclosed fitness center had outdated cardio machines, no AC, towels, or water. The visually appealing pool had restricted hours, and the guest was dissatisfied with a late afternoon incident where a staff member impolitely asked them to leave or pay NTD300 without prior notification. While the hotel exterior was well-maintained, some outdoor furniture and lighting were in disrepair and posed safety concerns."
