"I must start off by saying that the staff and owner there were incredible. Super kind and ready to help with anything and everything. They called my tour bookings and spoke with them in Thai for me once they saw me distressing a bit, they let me keep my luggage stored there an extra night even though I wasn’t checked in that day. "If you want somewhere basic and well located in Chiangmai old town, this is the place for you. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a lovely area walking distance from lovely shops and places to eat and book other excursions. My only complaint would be that the room was quite basic, there was a lot of noise from other AC generators (despite the one in our room being turned off whilst we tried to sleep) and the shower was not hot. "Nice stay right outside the old city. The staff were friendly and helpful. The mattress was pretty hard to me but overall good stay. Just be mindful that the ac is only turned on from 5pm to 9am."
