This hotel is about 15 min away from the centro and it does not have a restaurant. Overall the stay is good but wouldn’t recommend if trying to be where all the food is at and everything.

We loved this hotel! In fact, we loved it so much that we changed our plans and came back for a couple of days at the end of our trip. The rooms are cute, clean and comfortable. The pier on the lake was heavenly. The staff was so nice, too. The only drawback was the ice machine wasn't working, but on our second stay it appeared they had a replacement ready to install.

cuándo llegamos, no había luz, supuestamente era en toda la zona como es posible que no tengan una planta propia para la Luz ahí con un calor tremendo y sin aire acondicionado, no tienen restaurante para comer, dice que tienen desayuno incluido y no tienen restaurante para comer la verdad, me pareció mal, lo que era yo cancelarlo, irme a ver otro lugar no es recomendable

Las habitaciones son amplias, es muy pequeña el area para colgar ropa, hay espacio como para instalar un mueble adicional para guardar ropa.Tiene area de comedor que no funciona, seria importante que tuvieran servicio de comida.Las vistas de la Laguna desde el Hotel muy bonitas.

Pésimo servicio

Pésimo servicio,no me querían hacer válida mi noche ya que yo la pagué por medio de la página y salía pagada ,hasta que nos resolvieron pésimas instalaciones, nada que ver con las fotos que ponen en su página y para colmo no te ponen fotos de los cuartos, comparado al precio que se paga súper cara esta sobrevaluado,en lo personal no lo recomiendo parece un hostal de mala muerte,como q si lo estuvieran cerrando más bien,el aire acondicionado no servia,las camas no son cómodas en general perdí mi dinero xq tenía dos noches de reserva y solo me hospedé 1

bonito para alojase un dia

El lugar es bonito ya que esta a la orilla de bacalar, pero no es para niños ya que el agua es hondo. Las habitaciones son cómodas pero le falta mas limpieza ya que la que nos asignaron tenia mucho olor a humedad y las almohadas olían como a orín por lo mismo que tiene mucha humedad.

Todo muy bien, solo que las fotos no están actualizadas, por lo tanto me fui con la imagen que tenía restaurante y por remodelación en este momento no cuentan con ello. Solo eso que si deberías actualizar un poco las imágenes. De ahí en fuera todo muy bien, tiene una vista preciosa a la laguna.

Muy mal.. las sabanas y toallas sucias, moho en paredes. Pero el problema mayor fue el check in.. y aun sigo en espera de la factura. Pague por expedia al hotel un depósito del 50 y luego el restante se cobraba rl dia del checkin . El hotel dice que no lo hizo. Tuve que pagar en efectivo porque su terminal casualmente no servia, pedi factura para apartar mi pago, me prometió la recepcionista llegaba sl día siguiente. Cosa que haya hoy no sucede. Me expidieron después de una discusión con Hilario (turno mañana) de 20 min un papelito a mano de que pague en efectivo... La verdad deja mucho que desear y hay muchas mejores opciones....
