Worst hotel ever

We checked in , unpacked then went for dinner. Got a phone call to say they’d over booked so removed our bags from our room and left them outside near the road👿 this was at 10 pm😱 worst hotel ever, aggressive and rude so do not stay here,

Staff wasbamazing, all fixtures very old, deteriorated from salt air, NO SARGAZO ALGAE REMOVAL = EXCESSIVE OFFENSIVE SIGHT AND ODOR ON THE BEACH. BEAWRE. Your imagination cannot begin to guess the terrible smell and sight of accumulated sargazo algae. Uf.

When we arrive it was 12am at that time wanting to shower and take good rest as we enter no receptionist some old man approached and gave us the key the steps are almost falling as we enter nothing at all as the pictures you advertise the view from the room was ok but the curtain ohh my god was full of moles dirt the bathroom dirty needs a good scrub and clean the windows here is where the worst part comes time to lay on the bed was the worse moment ever even my tiredness went away the pillows smell like ass the bedsheets was cream instead of white the bed was hard and the floors was sticky gross. Highly not recommended!

Desagradable la estancia

Para empezar dijeron q no había pasado el pago y q no podían hacer nada porq las de contabilidad entraban el martes a trabajar, y pues me cobraron el uso de tarjeta de crédito, el club de playa una desepcion, sucia la playa, con olor desagradable, no hay interés por la limpieza, sencillamente, no les recomiendo el hotel por nada del mundo. Por 1800 pesos preferente otras opciones. El cuarto no tenía tele, no tenía potencia la agua de la regadera, solo te dan una sábana de cobija, muy desagradable la estancia en el hotel arenas, elijan otra opción.

Comprendo que la naturaleza es impredecible, pero no han limpiado en días la acumulación del sargazo y el olor era insoportable, no pudimos usar los camastros de playa por el olor tan desagradable. Y lo poco que limpiaron de sargazo lo tiraron en la parte de atrás del estasionamiento y por lo tanto no se puede usar el aire acondicionado porque se mete el olor característico de sargazo podrido. La piscina estaba sucia y no se puede usar.

No tienen higiene, hasta hongos en la regadera porque no lavan. Súper descuidado el hotel, las escaleras muy peligrosas , cayéndose las paredes, no hay servicio de restaurante. Pésimo lugar. Deberían de confirmar que este a la altura antes de recomendarlo No me dejaron cancelar

Pros: right at the beach that is beautiful, offer lots of services such as kayaks, bikes and tours; friendly staff; amazing view from the balcony. Cons: don’t have nets that stop mosquitoes from entering through the balcony. Once you spray insecticide, all of them fall on the bed and the floor. There were also roaches.

El hotel es un asco, sucio, descuidado y viejo. En el primer cuarto que me dieron habia miles de mosquitos adentro, imposible dormir en un lugar asi y al cuarto que me cambiaron tenia una cucaracha, un lugar asqueroso. El servicio es bastante regular. el internet no funciono ni un minuto. La regadera tira dos gotas de agua y el jabon es rosa venus como de motel barato. No volveria ni gratis. Las fotos son un absoluto engaño

Me encantó la ubicación del hotel, está justo frente al mar; solo te divide una mini calle pero prácticamente tiene la playa enfrente. El hotel tiene camastros, hamacas en el agua y columpios. Realmente es un espacio muy cómodo, casi teníamos la zona para nosotros solos. Te prestan Kayaks sin costo y la playa es muy tranquila. La vista hacia el mar es muy bonita desde las habitaciones. Tiene alberca pequeña pero a gusto, solo que en la tarde hay muchos muchos muchos moscos, de requiere un repelente si o si.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, está alejada del centro (5min), no hay ruido, poca gente. La atención del personal es excelente, te ayudan en todo momento. Los precios son accesibles, los kayaks son gratuitos. Quizá debería de haber más opciones en el menú.

Lovely location, it was a really nice place at one time but there has been virtually no maintenance. Way beyond shabby chic. Too bad too, staff is very friendly and helpful, lovely beach. If they did some upkeep it could be my favorite place to stay.

Bord de mer

Bord de mer. Le dernier hotel de la route goudronnée, donc un peu à l'écart pour aller vers le "centre" (800 mètres environ ?). Prêt gratuit d'une sort de kayak, avec gilet de sauvetage. On a essayé à 2 pour aller voir des poissons. Mais pas trop vu, seulement quelques uns, à cause des sargasses (herbes). D'après la personne à l'accueil, il doit y avoir des tortues, vers la barre de corail, mais c'est loin. Heureusement que le courant nous ramenait vers le rivage.
