"The smoking in the casino was a complete turn off. Second smoking isn’t good but I will say your ventilation system must be good because we did t smell like smoke. You can smell the smoke in the hallways except the main lobby it’s smells great."

"We did really like our stay at the hotel. The room was clean and stocked. We loved the orange citrus smell of their signature toiletries. One of the bed pillows unfortunately was covered with dark disgusting stains and put into a pillow case for my bed. The layout was a bit strange. It was inconvenient to get to the pool from the hotel. We did really love the hot tub area. It felt secluded and relaxing. The tub could have been turned up a few more degrees and the bubbles were nonexistent. It was a short drive to New Buffalo beach which we appreciated. In all we still liked it and will definitely be back. All the employees were extremely helpful, pleasant, and professional."

"Spring House Inn is definitely somewhere that my family will stay again. It was clean, the staff was friendly, breakfast was good and we loved that we had a balcony, even on the ground floor! It has a nice pool with a whirlpool and sauna. It is an older building, but is well kept. There are plenty of nice places around the building to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Inside has many places to sit and enjoy as well. I loved the decor - all of the antique items on display. The fact that it is close to the Dunes and several places to eat is a plus! We live in a nearby city, but needed a place to get away to when our power went out in the big storm that hit NW Indiana. We are so glad we chose Spring House Inn!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house is great, and the beach is beautiful and not crowded at all. We love that the house is pet friendly. There was plenty of space on the beach for us and our dog, Brodie, to have some space to wander around. There was a storm while we were there that left us without some basic necessities, but the homeowner went out of his way to make our stay more comfortable. We hope to return again next summer!"

"We had a comfortable stay at the Furness Mansion. Very close to Indiana Dunes National Park and also nearby points of interest. The unit is spacious with free use of washer & dryer located at the entrance of the building. The only thing negative is the response time from the hosts. I sent a couple of messages and never received a response. My inquiries were not critical but a simple response would have been nice as a courtesy."
