「Reception and check in all smooth. Requested tea bag replenishment and appeared smoothly. Only queries were over large to for room and position made it difficult to watch plus couldn’t control room temp through app and bathroom rad couldn’t get to work. But overall very happy with stay. 」

「Room was very clean. Good supply of spotless white towels. Complimentary water in the room is a nice touch too. We had a great view from the 12th floor and despite staying on a Saturday, it was very quiet and we did not hear a thing so our sleep was undisturbed. The hotel is in an excellent location and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We had a slight issue at check-in because the hotel has a new IT system and if I hadn’t been extra vigilant I could have paid...
