チャートシーのアパート

「スタッフの対応がとてもよく気持ちよく過ごせました。次の予定も取りました。ありがとうございます。」

「Checking in and out was super smooth. I was a bit worried since I arrived late at night and there was no reception, but getting into my room turned out to be completely hassle-free. When you're traveling from far away, jet lag is always a challenge, so finding a quiet place to sleep is crucial. Even though this apartment hotel is just steps away from the station, it was remarkably quiet and I was able to get some really solid rest. The basement laundry room was a huge plus for a long business...

「Location of the property was excellent- it needs some maintenance and the city view is non existent (we booked a deluxe apartment with city view) - it had not been cleaned when we got there for 3pm checkin, so feel it was rushed - which was disappointing - clothes airer was broken which was replaced straight away」

「とても便利な場所にあり、どこの駅へも近いです。 部屋も広くて使いやすいです。 周りを歩いて観光できます。 また絶対に利用したいです。」

「スーパーが近くにあり便利だった。」

「Most of them are fine. I’m satisfied. The room was clean. Laundry hunger was there. The only thing that I ask you that to post to smokers must be quiet while they do it around the entrance. They were so noisy. Unfortunately it was rainy days. Moreover I stayed there on business. 」
