Just average, with odour of cigarette wandering through the complex. Tables for smokeres were positioned immediately outside the main entry doors. We were on an upper floor but could not open the windows without being overwhelmed by the disgusting and health risk smell of cigarettes. And it was apparent that some people ignore the no smoking signs in the rooms.

Das Personal wollte keine Rechnung ausstellen, trotz Bezahlung vor Ort, erst nachdem Expedia eingeschaltet wurde klappte es. Sonst ein sauberes und zweckerfüllendes Haus. Parkplatz kostet 10 Euro die Nacht draußen, Garage nicht vorhanden. Frühstück eher überschaubar.

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war gut und das Bett sehr gut. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Toll war, dass wir bei Ankunft 1 Flasche mit Wasser füllen konnten. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und die Auswahl war sehr gut.

Das Hotelrestaurant war überraschend die ganze Woche geschlossen. Es wäre gut gewesen, darüber informiert worden zu sein, da ich extra ein Hotel mit Restaurant gesucht hatte. Es gibt nicht genügend Parkplätze am Hotel und die vorhandenen sind sehr eng. Das Hotel insgesamt ist in einem unschönen Zustand, dazu direkt an der Bundesstraße. Die Zimmer versprühen den Charme der späten 80'er. Das Zimmer war mit Teppich ausgelegt, was ich ziemlich unhygienisch finde. Die Badezimmerabluft war leistungsschwach, so dass Gerüche das ganze Zimmer füllen konnten. Das Frühstück war OK, das männliche Personal an der Rezeption ziemlich unfreundlich. Die "Bar" besteht aus einem Tresen, drei Hockern und einem Kühlschrank. Alles alt und abgewetzt. Eine Flasche Radeberger (0,5l) kostet 5,60€. Insgesamt hätte ich für den Übernachtungspreis etwas mehr erwartet. Ich kann es leider nicht empfehlen.

Der Ausländer an der Rezeption ist unfreundlich und wenig kompetent. Ansonsten OK. Fahrstuhl ging diesmal nicht. Ich war schon 30 Mal dort und jedes Mal werde ich aufs neue gefragt, ob ich schon mal Bier war.

Das Hotel liegt in einem Industriegebiet in der Nähe der Messe. Um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen, benötigt man ein Auto. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel keine in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zimmer ok und sauber, auch ausreichend groß aber etwas alt eingerichtet. Die Speiseauswahl im Restaurant lässt zu wünschen übrig, außerdem viel zu überteuerte Preise für winzige Portionen. Ich wollte mein Gericht ohne Zwiebeln bestellen, daraufhin sagte mir der Kellner die Speisen seien vorgekocht und würden aufgewärmt. Kann man machen- aber dann nicht zu diesen Preisen (meine Meinung). Das Frühstück war reichlich und gut. Das Personal bekommt in meiner Bewertung die größten Pluspunkte: Wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Anbindung zum Sachsenring mit dem Auto super. Auf mein Anfragen hin für eine Buchung für nächstes Jahr werden allerdings unverschämte Preise abgerufen für ein 3 Sterne Hotel.
