The real highlight of this place is its prime location, all with private free parking. Situated in the heart of the Cheltenham, you'll be just 10 minutes walk away from the centre with its boutique restaurants and shops.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood, yet close to all the action, you'll have the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience during your stay. The outdoor patio is South facing so is a complete sun-trap, perfect for morning coffee or something stronger in the long summer evenings.

This charming home offers the ideal combination of warmth and modern comforts for a truly unforgettable stay. Nestled in a peaceful neighbourhood, this hidden gem provides a tranquil oasis. Step inside to discover a beautifully designed interior, boasting spacious living areas and luxurious amenities. Whip up your favourite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or cosy up in the inviting living room and unwind after a day of exploring. With comfortable and tastefully decorated bedrooms, a private outdoor space, and close proximity to popular attractions, this home is the perfect retreat for both relaxation and adventure.

You have two good sized bedrooms, 1 King and 1 Double - both served by a family bathroom with a bath and shower.

We are committed to protecting our homes and guests, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent ID verification as part of the booking process. It’s nice and easy - taking less than 5 mins to complete. ***

Please note:
You will be contacted by our trust and safety partner Truvi via email and/or text to complete the booking verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a fully refundable deposit of £300 with a non-refundable admin fee of £6 or buying a non-refundable damage waiver of £25, which would protect you up to £300 of accidental damage during your stay.

Lovely property and location

This house is well appointed and is in a great location. Shops and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk and the kitchen is well-equipped if you fancy home cooking. There is reserved parking for one car only and the surrounding streets require permits so if you are a group where more than one car will be travelling to the property, you will need to bear this in mind. Lovely sunny courtyard with table and chairs to enjoy a bit of al fresco dining when the weather is right. Overall a good experience - thank you.
