Could see issues as you need to download app to add all your details and then email sent separate to complete parking which felt like a chore. Would stay again as felt high end especially the bed but I did stay Sun- Tues so extremely quiet.」

「Such a lovely hotel. The room (10) had a big wow factor. I forgot we were in a chain - the hotel and room have a proper boutique feel to them. I honestly can’t fault a thing about our stay and have already recommended to friends. 」

I didn’t give a full 5 star rating this time as the lift was not working. Apart from that everything and everyone was 5 star and I definitely recommend anyone visiting Cheltenham to stay at the Hotel du Vin」
