Excellent place to stay

We love this place. Staff is very friendly. Clean and have lot of parking in street. Only 5 mins drive from Medina. Strongly recommend this place

The hotel about 3 minutes walk from the coach station. No need for taxi . The staff are friendly and offer my family many rides to old city or to exchange office without any extra charges . The hotel is quiet, clean and safe . The old city is about 8 minutes by taxi ( cost 15 Dereham ) .

Pleasant surprise!

We chose it because we had an early morning bus to catch, and it was across the street from the bus station. We were pleasantly surprised….nice big room, big comfortable bed, adequate heating, and a good shower. Welcoming pleasant people….gave us a ride up the hill! Great views across the valley to see the sunset. Breakfast was next door and more than enough for 30 dirhams.

don't reservation this hotel !!! i got fraud on my debit card by this hotel. they tried to get two times room charge even i paid room fee by cash when i check in. このホテルは悪質です。 私はチェックインの時に現金でホテル代を払いましたが、チェックインしたあとに違う人からホテル代払ったかどうか聞かれて不審に思っていました。 やはり1週間後にカードから請求を試みた形跡あり、カード悪用とみなされカードが止まりました。

3泊の予約をしていたのに2泊しか取れていない、と言われ、3泊目は別のホテルを紹介された。チェックアウトとインの時間があるので3日目の予定を立てにくく、しかも3泊目のホテルの周りにはレストランもカフェもない住宅街でメディナからも離れていた。 CTMバスターミナルから近い、という理由だけでこのホテルを選んだがもう二度と使わないつもり。部屋自体は快適でエアコンも冷蔵庫もバスタブもあっただけに今回の対応は残念です。

バスステーションの側

バスステーションのすぐ隣で非常に便利でした。ラバト、カサブランカ行きCTMバスは7時だったので良かった。ただメディナまでは15分ぐらいかかります。部屋の広さ設備は満足でしたが、メディナ内のリアドよりは少し高めです。

Do not book a room at Annasr - not to be trusted!

Our taxi driver picked us up in Tangier, Morocco at 11 AM. At 01:25 PM we arrived at Casa Annasr. A very grumpy and ill tempered hotel manager said that we were not registered. And that his hotel was fully booked. He pretended to look for us in his computer but said that he could not find us. Our taxi driver was about to drive back to Tangier but we pleaded with him to stay. It took us some time to find the reservation and the confirmation from Hotels.com. When we found it, he suddenly also found us in his system and accused us of having cancelled our stay. We could tell he was overbooked, a large number of Chinese arrived – and he sent them further in a couple of vehicles…. It was Easter and all the hotels in this village were full. We were in the middle of nowhere. We had to take the taxi right back to Tangier. A total of 5 1/2 hour in the cab that same day. It was only by luck we found one room available in Tangier. An experience you never saw coming and you never want to have!

dishonest- charged twice for 1 night.

we had to wait 45 mins for the owner to come. at the reception desk for his 14 yr old son but he wasn't able to do much. we paid 49 euros in cash for the night but noticed that i was charged again on my credit card 2 weeks later. i am still waiting for the dispute to be resolved. do not trust this place!!!

Отель очень рационален для короткого пребывания, так как находится в нескольких шагах от остановки автобуса. Приехав в обед и уезжая на следующий день утром, выбрав это место, очень удобно передвижение. Комнатка небольшая, но всё выполнено в местных традициях и достаточно уютно. Бельё белоснежное. Персонал дружелюбен. Советуем!

アクセスよし！

シャウエンに滞在し、翌日にはまたバスで移動するためバスターミナル近くに宿を取りました。ターミナルからは徒歩1分、ブルーシティまでは、ターミナルにたくさんタクシーがいるので移動は楽にでき車で10分ほどで着きます。 宿は内装全てシャウエンらしい、カラフルなタイルや青で統一されていて可愛かったです。 アメニティは一通り揃っていましたが、ドライヤーはありませんでした。

Le personnel n'était pas présent lors de notre arrivé, un enfant nous a conduit à notre chambre. La chambre était propre, mais il y avait des coquerelles volantes dans la chambre. Le personnel lors du petit déjeuner était très attentionné et trés serviable. En somme, une très belle vacance à Chefchaouen.

The hotel is at the bottom of the hill for the city next to the bus stop. There is some parking in front of the hotel. The medina is about 1 mile uphill from the hotel.

住的地方在大巴站旁边，免去拖行李的烦恼，但是，住的房间味道很重，声音很大，住了两夜几乎没办法睡觉休息，一直都是机器轰隆隆的声音，我猜想应该是空调老旧，主机挂在窗口的原因，虽然自己没开空调，但是也被别人房间的空调轰鸣的无法休息，住了两天，苦不堪言！老板应该是那个年纪较大的大爷，一脸威严，甚少笑容……关键是房间味道太重，声音太吵太吵太吵……

客房擠了點，沒地方可以放行李，但老闆說可以放另一張床上，就無所謂了，冷氣開關有點兒故障，廁所也很小，上廁所時撞到熱水器好幾次。

Fácil chegar e partir na cidade azul de Chefchaoue

Passamos só uma noite e fomos bem recebidos, o hotel estava em obras , assim que a TV não funcionava, mas a internet deu pra usar. É uma forte decoração marroquina, mas extremamente conveniente, pois é fácil de achar e exatamente ao lado da rodoviária. Para ir a área antiga toma-se um taxi por 10 Dirans, pois é muita subida, a viagem pela montanha é bem bonita.

Just so so.

I felt not worth for the rate charged especially the breakfast: cold bread, instant coffee, jam, one egg, and small cup of yogurt, it's overpriced for 50Dhs/Person. The room is average, but when I came to the hotel with most rooms available, the old guy arranged the most smelly room to me, and I complained to rearrange another one and seemed that he was not very happy with my complaint. I did not understand why he always tried to arrange a smelly room to guest when there were other options. And finally there were another guests slept into that room!
