「スタッフさんも優しく、お部屋もとっても可愛かったです。シャワーはお湯も出ました。シャンプーとボディソープもあります。 朝食も素敵なテラスで食べられ、とても美味しくてボリュームも良かったです。 ロケーションもとても良く、朝早くから街歩きをたっぷり楽しめました。 おすすめのレストランも教えてもらいました。 とても素敵なシャウエン滞在になりました。ありがとうございます。」

「Ali and his family run a first class operation. Ali took me to althe restaurant Galito . I was cery hungry from my journey. Afterwards he took me for a foot tour to the waterfall and Spanish Mosque which is 500 km high. My toom was charming, safe and comfortable. I highly recommend this property!」

「フェズから６時間ようやく着いたホテルが一方的にキャンセルされていました。 エクスペディアにメールをしても何の連絡も無く、そして、たった今、 様、宿泊したホテルを評価してください。 投稿されたご意見は公開されます。 というメールが来ました。 利用者を馬鹿にしているのでしょうか。 このホテルの従業員もロクに代わりのホテルを探そうともせず、無い無い。 結局、疲労困憊の中シャウエンの坂を登って、現地の人に助けてもらい違うホテルに宿泊しました。 私は以前も中国の帳家界というところのホテルでエクスペディアにやらかされました。しかし、なんの返事も謝罪も無く、違うホテルを探しました。 エクスペディアは大都市のホテルを探すのには向いてますが、辺境の小都市のホテルを探すのにはもっと違う手段を考えた方が賢明だと思いました。」

「シャウエンのメディナ南側に位置し、タクシーがすぐそばまで乗せていってくれます。坂道を登ることにはなりますが、ムハンマド5世広場まで歩いて5分ほどで着く、便利な場所にあります。 ホテル内はとてもオシャレで、シャウエンの街並みにとてもマッチした造りです。ツインルームに泊まりましたが、とても清潔で、洗面台の流しは、青い陶器でできていました。シャワールームがかなり狭かったのですが、しっかり熱いお湯が出ました。 夜は静かで、快適に過ごすことができました。また利用したいです。」

「実は宿泊していません。予約が入っていませんでした。ホテルズドットコムさんと契約すらしていませんでした。 今回フェズの宿もホテルズドットコムさんで取ったのですが、事前にWhatsAppで宿とやりとりした際に、予約が入っていない、ホテルズドットコムと契約すらしていないと言うことがあり、不安に思い、ホテルズドットコムさんにこのホテルを含め本当に予約が取れているか確認してもらっていたので、本当に驚きました。しかしここのスタッフは代わりの宿を探してくれ、その間ゆっくり寛がせていただき大変感謝しています。ホテルズドットコムさんの手違いでシャウエンでの観光時間が大幅に削られてしまいましたが、ここのスタッフさんにはとても助けられました。」

「don't reservation this hotel !!! i got fraud on my debit card by this hotel. they tried to get two times room charge even i paid room fee by cash when i check in. このホテルは悪質です。 私はチェックインの時に現金でホテル代を払いましたが、チェックインしたあとに違う人からホテル代払ったかどうか聞かれて不審に思っていました。 やはり1週間後にカードから請求を試みた形跡あり、カード悪用とみなされカードが止まりました。 」

「Super nice service in the reception. The Bed is 5 star Bed very comfortable. Rom very clean. Sound isolation between the roms is bad. Very nice restaurant with a nice view over the sea side off the city. Brake fast is bad. Recommend usse the resturant in the city. Location is 5 star. To mutch Beggar in the old city arround the hotel. They ask you to buy just a little bit food when you go to the shop they want to buy half off the marked, dont do it. 」

「Good location, easily walkable everywhere. Nice room and house. Arrived and had to look for owner to get in, so not easy check in, but the owner did his very best to accommodate and be helpful. He offered lots of information, and was readily available to help with any question or need. Expect imperfections, and have patience (ask for remote for AC or remind him to turn on hot water), but you get a very nice man that is looking to be helpful. 」

Wenn man überhaupt eins kriegt ist man bereits auf der glücklichen Seite. Zu wenig Badetücher. Toilette/Dusche defekt, Toilettenwasser überschwemmt den Boden. 「The property was overbooked. Even though I had a confirmed reservation, I was not able to check-in and didn’t get my money refunded either. Had to make another reservation at the last minute and pay for that too. This property is not trustworthy. 」

「This property was smaller than expected on the website. The bathroom was disgusting, the bathroom door only locked from the outside, the mirror was on the outside, it smelled like urine and the shower was small. The beds were uncomfortable. There were huge roaches in the living room. They only provided one fan and it was a sauna in there. We open the windows to let for the breeze but couldn’t sleep because it’s so loud outside. Cats and dogs fighting all through the night. Terrible experience....
