"The location is good but the room which was a Hollywood sign view room isn’t quite what I expected with the view overlooking mainly the exterior of other buildings with the sign barely visible. The room was very basic but clean and spacious. The bathroom was shower only but again clean and tidy. The hotel appears to be a business hotel and seems to cater around business facilities rather than tourism and lacks the character of other hotels in the area."

I think the policy that requires you pay half the cost of the room in order to stay two hours longer is ridiculous and the desk staff should be able to grant more time depending on the situation. The cost of the rooms and the amenities don’t really match. There should be package deals for parents of students that decrease the costs. Room service is kind of a joke, it’s just to-go brought to your room. No plates, silverware provided. Not worth the added charge. "

"I’ve stayed at the Sheraton on Universal visits and I can honestly say this place is better. Rooms are more spacious, clean and safe location. Valet parking much faster as well, pool hours are also longer. We found this place to be more convenient and better overall."
