I loved the architecture, mission antique furniture, paintings and views. It felt like heaven to be there. Casa Blanca is very spacious and cozy. "The apartment was clean and spacious and had pretty much everything you could need. I wasn't cooking, but one thing I didn't find was a cutting board in the kitchen. I did not use the pool / spa but the area looked nice. Location was very convenient to lots of things, and if you're not in a rush I recommend trying to use the bus a few times, there is one that stops right near the apartment building and goes downtown or west through West Hollywood. "

"The room was small but adequate. We had some confusion with the billing of our room, but with some effort the staff were able to correct their error. There is an extra resort fee at this hotel and I have never been able to figure out what you get for that. The hotel doesn't have anything that is not standard at most hotels. You can walk to the beach/pier from this hotel, but it is a long walk so most of the time we took car hires to get where we needed to go. We have stayed here several times because it is a reliable hotel in a safe and quiet area and is not as expensive as some hotels in Santa Monica."
