「My husband and I had an incredible stay at Chateau De Ferrand! We stayed for only one night and the room, food, wine, and hospitality were out of this world! We wish we could have stayed longer. Balthazar and Elliot were very attentive, kind, and even gave us recommendations for the next stop on our trip. The views of the vineyards were lovely and it was quiet and serene. 「町の中心であるモノリス教会のすぐそばでロケーションは最高だが、タクシーで横づけできるのは裏の出入口で通常は閉まっているため、チェックインする際に少々戸惑った。また表の入口は急坂に面しているため、チェックアウト後スーツケースを引いてタクシーの乗場まで行くのはかなり大変だった。 泊まった部屋は５部屋あるうち３番目のランクの部屋だったが、バスタブ、シャワー、トイレが分かれているなど、とても豪華な造りの部屋であった。 部屋にはミネラルウォーターと湯沸しがあったが、唯一残念だった点は、部屋に冷蔵庫が無かったこと。 朝食は完全なコンチネンタルブレックファストで暖かい卵やソーセージなどはなく、時間も８時半からと始まるのがやや遅い。 またホテルのレストランでチェックアウトした日の昼食をとったが、味・値段ともさすがミシュランの星付きという感じであった。」
