My family and I stayed in this home for 3 weeks. Everything was very clean, the house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The hosts were very responsive to every message I sent and replied right away. I would recommend this house to friends and family and will return again next time I’m in the area!

Wonderful clean and tidy home with many amenities that I have not seen in other rentals. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Plenty of space for us to spread out with 2 living rooms and a patio in the back. House had everything we needed for a quick weekend. Shower and bathroom was well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Kids enjoyed using the games. Beautiful quiet neighborhood with driveway parking. Highly recommend and I look forward to renting again next year.

We had such a great time on our long term stay here. It was exactly what we needed and our dog was thrilled to have a great, fully fenced in backyard! The host was wonderful and we felt well cared for. Great location too!

Family Visit

The house was really nice & the host was very helpful. I especially loved the sunroom on the back of the house! I also loved that (unlike many rentals) the house was furnished with guest comfort in mind - the beds & couches were super comfortable!

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay and our dog loved the big back yard. We did not spend a lot of time at the house but when we were there we enjoyed it.The house was just exactly as described in the notes. If you are looking for a good place to eat we enjoyed the pasta at Hawthorne's Pizza just around the corner. And OMG donuts also around the corner and the are to die for. The best donuts I have had in a long time.Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your VRBO!

Perfect!

The listing matches the property! It’s beautifully appointed. The sheets and towels are decent quality and the beds are comfortable. The whole house was squeaky clean! Would recommend to anyone visiting the area-especially with pets!

We really enjoyed our stay! The host was great and prompt with communicating, and the house was decorated nicely. They even had some kid items we could have used, but we had brought some for our daughter since this was only one stop in our trip. The only suggestions we have are that a dresser in the bedroom could be beneficial and the top of the back porch did not have a screen so some wasps got in.

Comfortable house

Nice clean house. Enjoyed the screened porch and fenced yard. Great location and close to downtown. Beds were comfortable and neighborhood was nice. A little noisy since fire station is directly behind the house. Not enough to keep me from staying again if in the Charlotte area.

We absolutely loved this home! It was extremely clean, well furnished, towels were soft, beds were comfy, water pressure in the shower was nice, and it had all the basics for cooking … and then some!We had one minor snafu, but the host went above and beyond to rectify it!Note: There are a lot of rugs in the home and some do have turned up corners making them easier than normal to trip over. This is NOT a complaint, but just an FYI for anyone who may be traveling with an elderly person. If my 88 year old mother hadn’t been with us, we’d never have noticed. I didn't take my dog, but I know she would’ve loved the fenced in backyard.Tip: enjoy the screened in porch! It was relaxing and comfy! The ceiling fan makes it perfect, even on hot days!Neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. We rarely heard the nearby fire station going. The location was very convenient and 15-30 mins from everywhere we went. We’ll definitely be back!!!

Could use a good deep cleaning and some landscape work. In addition, my 8 year old accidentally left a shoe which the owner claims to have found. Promised twice to ship to us but never did.

Charming indeed!

This was our first vrbo but it certainly won't be our last. The house was clean and spacious with some relatively recent upgrades. The fenced in back yard proved to be an ideal space for our dog, and the screened porch provided an alternate area for relaxing a little closer to nature. A small dinette in the kitchen would have improved things a bit, but using the dining room table wasn't much of an inconvenience. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to book it again.
