「Easy to get to many of Charlotte’s attractions and well equipped for extended stays.」

「Could have been cleaner and dusted.」

「The location was very clean and comfortable. There was excellent communication throughout with the host. Access was very easy.」

「The property was an older, unique and charming property. Set up inside was little odd. Nice having Keurig coffee pot available, however 3 pods were insufficient for our stay. Toilet was low and leaned to the right… House had many live plants, however about 4 appeared to be dead and should’ve been removed. Bed seemed comfortable enough and overall not bad place for couple nights stay. They also had washer/dryer inside which is plus for travelers.」

「We very much enjoyed our stay as it was perfect location, size for our Charlotte weekend for visiting our son who lives 2 blocks away in that beautiful neighborhood while his house had some new construction due to a new baby coming! We had many baby events to attend close by and it was so convenient! We definitely will put this property on our list and use it again when needed!」

「Host was great communicating and helpful. Thanks!」

「Great location. Owner excellent communication. Was visiting for a conference so basically just slept there. Downstairs especially kitchen well appointed and more than adequate was provided. Bring your own coffee if you’re a coffee snob. Lighting in second bedroom wasn’t great. There were 2 of us and with doors closed between the bedrooms I could not hear my roommate and she snores. Overall very good experience and would recommend.」

「We just loved everything about this house. Way better than sleeping in a hotel. 」

「Hot Tub was half full, cold, not on or working when we got there as well as the power was out in the shed completely. Host was rude when we asked about it. No property manager to help us, instead we were told to try to fix it. Would not ever stay again. I am not a person that leaves a poor review ever, but this became a different situation.」

「This was a wonderful place to stay. It was clean and just what we needed for a busy weekend. Delightful, would stay here again. Thanks for your hospitality.」

「Very clean and comfortable. Other than the noise from airplanes, It was very quiet.」

「Clean home and great location! Host was very communicative as well!」

「Very convenient to where we were going.」
