"Clean great stay"

"There room need updates. Furniture old. Bathroom needed cleaning. Staff barely could speak English. Shuttle driver could not speak English at all so it was very hard communicating with him. We had to call for help in communicating"

"Although a little tired, in need of a little tlc and probably passed the beest days, enough about myself, we thoroughly enjoyed our overnight layover stay. All the staff we encountered were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Easy transfers and check in. Bed was AMAZING. So comfortable. Breakfast fresh and although simple it met our needs. Would definitely book again as so handy for Charlotte airport."
