Comfortable and clean

Property was convenient for a pickleball tournament we attended. Lots of good restaurants nearby (KPOT was awesome) and the Aldi grocery store was convenient. Beds comfortable and clean and the area quiet. Several minor imperfections in the townhome but we were there for a good rest and convenience and it fit the bill. We would probably stay again. Thank you Mic for your hospitality and good communication.

Weekend wedding

We were in Charlotte for a family wedding- overall this was fine for a weekend stay. The host was very kind and responsive to my phone call and texts regarding check-in (VRBO site was not working well in our travels) We were quite comfortable - good beds😊 Only a few suggestions- kitchen towels and bathroom hand towels are needed. Also a regular coffee maker would be appreciated by most guests. Thanks for letting us use your space!

It works

The host was very nice and very responsive. The bedrooms are decent and have been remodeled. The overall condition is not great and I'd rate the location and area a 6 out of 10. There needs to be more basics like sponges or surface cleaner, kitchen towels, laundry detergent, coffee maker and filters. Place really needs to be painted. basic stuff

Check in was easy and smooth. The place was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The area was nice and quiet with lots of restaraunt options. The host was responsive, friendly, and polite.
