The Mansion, Villa Heights Apartment is a rustic modern 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath multi-family unit completely renovated in 2020, just minutes from NoDa. The home includes hardwood floors throughout, new custom cabinets, appliances, & more. Furnished by West Elm™, the Master has a queen bed with spacious hall bath. The guest bedroom features a queen bed as well. Bringing a furry friend, our private dog park is perfect for them to run around in while you sit outside on our back patio.

Quiet Hours from 11pm-8am. Please keep noise to a minimum during the quiet hours and go enjoy the city :). Noise detection systems are in place
Mansion properties are all Smoke-Free. Smoke detection systems are installed in the home. A strict $1,000 charge applies for smoking inside the home.
Absolutely NO parties, fees for parties can be as high as $2,500, plus we must, by law, evict you from the premises.

Very clean place

The door handle was very loosely mounted on the door & made it very difficult to open. Also, the shower/bath could use a safety grab bar. The place was very clean.

Enjoyable stay.

The neighbors were a little crazy and one of them was smoking weed in their apartment so it was coming through our closet and into our house but besides that, everything was great. The only complaint I had about the apartment was the shower head. It doesn’t have a lot of water pressure.

All good except

The town house was lovely. Beautifully decorated very clean. Neighborhood was very quiet and close to everything. Only thing was the bed was soo hard. I would of gave 5 stars if only the bed wasnt so hard.another thing to note is the other bedroom doesnt have a tv. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Clean, Modern Apartment

Great communication and the property was beautiful. The property is a quick drive to everything in NoDa and downtown. Features throughout are new and well appointed. This area is developing, so pockets of the neighborhood are beautifully remodeled, whereas others are not. This doesn’t take away anything from the property itself, which was great and we enjoyed very much.
